I authorize Amplify Motors, its affiliated financial institutions, and the dealerships within its network to obtain consumer and/or business credit reports and to verify credit, employment, income, and business information for the purpose of arranging vehicle financing or leasing. Where a co-signer or personal guarantor is included, that individual likewise authorizes review of their personal credit. I certify that the information provided is true and complete, and I understand that providing false information may result in denial of the application.

Your application is transmitted over an encrypted connection and shared only with the finance department of the dealership completing your transaction and the financial institutions arranging your financing. Amplify Motors does not run credit itself and does not use your information for any other purpose.
